Is tuff, I am not sure I have lost enough to really do this. My hips hurt, and my legs are sore, which is OK, but I am not really doing that much yet. I did learn however, that jogging on the treadmill is much easier than jogging on the ground.. for what it's worth.

this was on my Wisdom's of the East calendar the other day. I feel like it is really important to keep this in mind this week. I go in on Monday to find out if I got it or not, and really am not sure what to wish for.
A) If I got it, then great! I lost 50 lbs, reduced my prescription drugs from 9 to 2, am exercising and changed my eating habits. That is all GREAT! I am a bit frustrated with the lack of lbs leaving my body. I will be losing my 3 month follow up appts, and the support system that comes along with it. I feel like this will be the end and I won't have the motivation to go forward.
B) If I didn't get it, I did the above all on my own! That is GREAT, and I get the chance to drop some more weight as well as another year of support.
No matter what, I will get the answer soon and have to deal with it!
